Client Partner

About the role

• Open and build long lasting relationships / Understand market / client challenges & opportunities
• Develop client account strategies aligned with their business and digital transformation goals & identify opportunities for growing account
• Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing accounts and create proposals / pitches with experts
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure excellence in project execution
• Monitor overall account health, ensuring client expectations and goals are being met or exceeded.
• Facilitate alignment sessions, retrospectives, and continuous feedback loops.

What it requires

• 5+ years of experience in account management, client partnerships in Consulting / Digital Transformation Environment
• Experience & Track record in growing complex client relationships in a digital context / consulting
• Proven ability to build long-term, trust-based client relationships
• Strong consulting mindset – not focused on one-size-fits-all sales
• Experience in complex, non-linear B2B decision environments
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to work across different industries and adapt messaging
• Experience working with multidisciplinary internal teams (e.g. tech, design, strategy)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in GER and ENG
• Comfortable managing accounts with a proactive, professional and hands-on mindset

Compensation

Your complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
