Job Requisition ID #26WD99970Senior Technical Adoption Specialist (AEC)As a Senior Technical Adoption Specialist (TAS) for Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC), you will partner with strategic customers to help them maximize the value of Autodesk solutions and achieve their business goals. Through technical guidance, consulting, and adoption services, you will support customers in improving workflows, increasing collaboration, and driving successful outcomes across the project lifecycle.You will join the Technical Adoption group within Customer Success—a collaborative team that values continuous learning, professional growth, and customer success. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping organizations accelerate adoption and realize the full potential of Autodesk products and platforms.You will report to the Manager, Technical Adoption, EMEA. We support hybrid working with no minimum office-day requirement, providing flexibility to help you do your best work.Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in a related fieldExperience working with AEC construction project workflows across the project lifecycleExpert knowledge of Autodesk Forma Build and Forma Data ManagementKnowledge of the German construction industry, with established networks that enable you to build strong customer relationships and expand adoption of Autodesk solutionsFluency in English; and German language is essential.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to diverse audiencesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePreferred QualificationsAdditional knowledge of Autodesk desktop tools and/or Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud)Experience using Autodesk AEC tools (for example, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD) in real-world project environmentsExperience delivering engaging technical training and enablement programs for enterprise customersExperience identifying opportunities to improve AEC workflows through Autodesk FormaExperience collaborating effectively across global, cross-functional teamsDemonstrated ownership, adaptability, and a growth mindsetPassion for helping customers learn, adopt new technologies, and achieve successful outcomes​#LI-SH1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
