Founder's Associate (GTM/Sales)
About the Role
This is a frontline GTM role at an early-stage AI B2B SaaS startup, working directly alongside the CEO to bring the product to the right customers. You'll own outbound sales from end to end — campaigns, discovery calls, and pipeline — and your work will directly shape how the company scales.
What You'll Do
Craft and run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified leads and book discovery calls.
Lead and participate in discovery calls, qualify high-potential prospects, and guide them into the trial experience.
Set up and manage shared communication channels with prospects throughout the sales process.
Explore and test new growth channels, taking full ownership of experiments and results.
Track every stage of the pipeline and continuously iterate to improve conversion rates.
Leverage AI tools extensively across all responsibilities and help make internal processes AI-native.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM roles with hands-on outbound execution.
Native-level fluency in German is required.
Demonstrated experience crafting outbound campaigns and leading discovery calls through to pipeline progression.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and accurate pipeline tracking and reporting.
Experience developing and executing GTM strategy in a startup environment.
A track record of measurable, quantifiable results from past roles or side projects.
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. LLMs) to automate or enhance sales workflows and outreach.
Thrives in small, high-accountability teams and takes strong ownership of their work.
Experience in early-stage startups with lean teams is a strong plus.
Location
On-site in Munich, Germany . Candidates must be based in Munich or willing to relocate. Visa sponsorship is not available.
