We are looking for an Account Manager, EMEA (3D Solutions) (m/f/d) to join our Sales team in Munich. Reporting to the Sales Director Europe & APAC, you will develop new business opportunities, support customer growth, and help expand our presence across the EMEA region. Working closely with Inside Sales and technical experts, you will build customer relationships, manage sales opportunities, and contribute to achieving our growth objectives. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESYou will identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities across EMEA. You will build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers. You will create demand and promote the FRAMOS value proposition within your market segment. You will manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from qualification to close. You will support the growth of existing customer accounts through cross-selling and upselling activities. You will understand customer needs and align FRAMOS solutions accordingly. You will collaborate closely with Field Application Engineers, Project Management, Product Management, Inside Sales and other stakeholders. You will monitor market trends and identify business opportunities. You will support commercial discussions and contract negotiations with customers. You will maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and Salesforce records. YOUR PROFILEIn this role, you are likely to succeed if you have gained sales experience in the distribution of electrical or technical products in a B2B environment, ideally within industrial imaging, automation, electronics, sensors, or related industries. You are passionate about developing customer relationships and creating new business opportunities. You can navigate diverse market requirements and align offered products accordingly. You have experience supporting customer accounts or managing sales opportunities in a technical environment. You are confident in communicating with technical and commercial stakeholders. You have strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. You are customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented. You enjoy working in a dynamic and technology-driven environment. You are experienced in working with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
