As a Business Development Representative (f/m/d) , you will play a key role in Apaleo's growth by managing inbound leads, qualifying potential customers, and generating new business opportunities. Your role will involve working with partners, handling a high volume of inbound leads, and leveraging outbound efforts as needed. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging decision-makers, assessing their needs, and ensuring a seamless transition to Account Executives. This is a highly dynamic role where questioning, listening, and adaptability are key to success.

What You'll Be Up To:

• Own and manage inbound leads , ensuring quick response times and effective qualification.
• Work closely with partners to source additional leads and maximize new opportunities.
• Leverage outbound prospecting when necessary via calls, emails, and social media.
• Assess potential customers' needs , applying sales methodologies to qualify or disqualify leads.
• Engage decision-makers in the hospitality industry to introduce Apaleo's value proposition .
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in HubSpot and leverage sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, and Modjo.ai .

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales, lead generation, or hospitality technology (Hotel background is a strong plus).
• Fluent in German or French .
• A finance- and commercially-driven mindset , able to navigate complex sales conversations.
• Strong questioning and listening skills , with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
• Comfortable picking up the phone, networking, and engaging decision-makers .
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in an evolving sales environment .
• Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset , eager to learn and progress into a Business Development Lead role.
