Head of Graphic Design WW (f/m/d)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead, inspire and develop the Graphic Design Team
• Oversee high-impact campaigns, daily business, and special projects across multiple channels
• Ensure outstanding visual quality, consistency and brand relevance across all creative outputs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing creative ambition with efficiency and deadlines
• Guide team members and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth
• Oversee projects from first concept to final execution, ensuring precision and excellence in every detail; help define and drive the overall design direction across all projects
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Brand Marketing, Customer Experience and key stakeholders to translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling

WHO YOU ARE

• 10+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within luxury, fashion or e-commerce and a strong portfolio showcasing high-end design including print knowledge
• Proven experience leading and managing creative roles and teams; strategic, collaborative and hands-on in your leadership approach
• Deep understanding of the fashion and luxury industry, with a strong sense of current and emerging trends
• Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong working proficiency in Keynote and Excel
• Exceptional eye for detail with a refined aesthetic sensibility and flawless execution
• Highly organized, with the ability to lead multiple projects in parallel without compromising quality
• Excellent communication skills and proven experience working in an international setting
