THE TEAM AND ROLE

As an Event Marketing Manager (all genders) , you will not only generate pipeline, but build awareness and trust among our target audiences and represent our brand externally. For Avelios, events are one of the most important touchpoints for engaging with decision-makers and champions. We are looking for an experienced person who can independently plan, organize, creatively develop and continuously optimize external fairs/conferences, internal events and webinars.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design an event marketing strategy with the goal of both generating pipeline and building awareness and trust among potential customers

• Independently plan and execute events that differentiate our brand and position us as a credible, visible voice in the market, covering everything from format selection/evaluation and logistics to budget and staffing, through to on-site or virtual execution

• Work with Marketing and Sales to ensure consistent messaging and effective lead generation, as well as represent the company on-site (e.g., presentations, demos, networking)

• Analyze event performance – both hard metrics (leads, pipeline, ROI) and softer impact metrics (visibility, brand perception, engagement among target audiences) – and continuously optimize the event strategy based on data

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in a health tech, scale-up or SaaS environment, including a proven track record of independently planning and executing impactful events

• Structured, organized and reliable working style, even when managing multiple events in parallel

• Creativity and a strong sense for brand presence and experience, reflected in original event concepts and ideas

• Ability to interpret data and optimize event strategies based on data-driven insights

• Strong negotiation skills and confidence in working with senior stakeholders, both internally and with external partners

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
