Your mission

We've built a strong foundation in Germany, and now it's time to take revel8 across Europe. As Head of EU Expansion, you own our international growth and build our first five country teams from the ground up: Benelux, Nordics, Iberia, UK&I and Italy. You're not just drawing the map, you're on the ground closing the first deals yourself. Success looks like five markets that have gone from first customer to scalable revenue engines, each run by a strong local team you hired and developed.
How your day-to-day will look like:

• Market Entry Strategy: You develop and execute the go-to-market plan for each new market, deciding where to start, which customers to target and how to win them, from the first logo to a repeatable motion.
• Team Building: You hire, lead and develop high-performing enterprise sales teams across five regions, building each country team from scratch and setting the bar for who joins.
• Hands-on Deal Leadership: You close key deals yourself and coach your team through complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, leading from the front.
• Localization, Cross-Functionally: You work closely with leadership, marketing and customer success to adapt our messaging, approach and offering to the cultural and commercial realities of each market.
• Revenue Engine & Discipline: You set ambitious revenue targets and build the processes, forecasting and pipeline discipline needed to hit them, so the founders always have a clear view of where each market stands.

Is it you we are looking for?

You...

• have a proven track record as a top-performing individual contributor in B2B enterprise software sales and bring several years of experience leading and scaling sales teams, for example as Sales Director or Head of Sales.
• have deep experience selling complex software solutions to large enterprise customers. You know long, consultative sales cycles (not PLG or self-serve motions) inside out.
• have worked hands-on across multiple European markets and understand their cultural and commercial differences, from buying behavior to decision-making structures.
• have opened new markets and built sales organizations from the ground up before.
• are a true team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and turning experienced sellers into even better ones.
• bring the drive to personally push international expansion forward rather than manage it from a distance. You're energized by building, not just running.
• are comfortable traveling regularly across our target markets.
• are fluent in English.

• Experience building a European market for a company headquartered in another country.
• Background in cybersecurity, security awareness or an adjacent B2B SaaS category.
• One or more additional European languages.

About us

revel8 is building the next generation of cybersecurity awareness for the age of GenAI. We help organizations protect themselves against modern social engineering attacks by turning their employees into an active line of defense.

It's been a fast ride so far: Founded in August 2024 by Tom and Julius , we moved to the Merantix Campus in Berlin and welcomed Robert as our CTO and co-founder shortly after. We landed our first enterprise customer in March 2025, raised our €5.1M seed round in September 2025, and moved the whole team back to Munich in February 2026. Today, we are around 40 revels working side by side in our new office every day.
