Product Data & Process Manager (m/f/d)

WHAT AWAITS YOU WITH US

You will be the driving force behind product data quality and completeness - not just by managing our PIM system (Akeneo), but by actively connecting people, processes, and information across the organization. This role is for someone who communicates with confidence, builds strong relationships with internal teams and understands that great data quality is ultimately a people challenge, not just a technical one.

Your responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact and ambassador for product data across all departments
• Drive data completeness by proactively reaching out to data contributors (internal teams and vendors), clearly communicating what is needed, why it matters, and when it is due
• Conduct user trainings and onboarding sessions to empower teams to work efficiently with the PIM system
• Identify and escalate data gaps, delays, and quality issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them
• Coordinate vendor data onboarding end-to-end
• Design and maintain structured processes, templates, and guidelines that make data contribution easy and consistent
• Own the PIM system (Akeneo) from a business perspective: workflows, data model, and functional configuration
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Product Owner to translate business needs into system improvements

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in a PIM, MDM, or product data environment - ideally with Akeneo
• Strong stakeholder management skills; you are comfortable working across teams and hierarchies
• Confident communicator who can explain complex data requirements in simple, compelling terms
• Proven ability to drive accountability and data quality without direct authority
• Experience in conducting trainings, workshops, or enablement sessions
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to create structure in complex, cross-functional environments
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
