• Vision : You develop and execute a clear vision for an existing gym floor assessment product and elevate it to the next level

• Customer Focus : You prioritize the end consumer and act as an ambassador for product development within the organization
• Development : You lead the data-driven development and improvement of our hardware and software features with a consumer-centric approach
• Leadership : You lead teams of software and hardware engineers to deliver value to our customers
• Communication : You comfortably communicate with various internal and external stakeholders, align strategic approaches within the organization, and engage with customers and gym members

• Experience : You bring at least one year of experience in a product manager role and the lateral leadership of agile teams
• Knowledge : You have experience in both hardware and software product management
• Methods : You possess a solid understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methods and techniques
• Communication : You are a talented and passionate communicator, able to explain complex issues simply and understandably
• Languages : You have good language skills in both German and English
• Bonus : You have gained experience in Computer Vision & Bodytracking applications

• Understanding : You developed an outstanding understanding of our gym members and the opportunities (desires & problems) to improve the products' software experience
• Roadmap : You created and aligned a clear product roadmap and goals for your team, based on the product vision, opportunities, and business needs
• Insight : You have a good understanding of the product's hardware and software components and their interactions within the ecosystem
• Relationships : You are valued by and have built strong relationships with the development and product teams, as well as key stakeholders
• Overview : You acquired a comprehensive understanding of our platform and existing products, along with customer needs and use cases
