Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

As we expand our global customer projects, we are seeking a Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering projects, from digital simulation to real-world robotic applications.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing technically complex projects with evolving requirements, collaborating with engineers across disciplines, and transforming open ideas into executable project plans.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate simulation and robotics application projects from idea to delivery
- Turn high-level concepts (e.g., robot demos, automation use cases, digital twins) into clear project plans
- Work closely with simulation, robotics, software, and application teams
- Ensure smooth project execution across multiple disciplines and stakeholders
- Track inputs such as CAD data, motion logic, and system constraints
- Create clear project communication through dashboards, reports, and presentations
- Identify risks early and help drive practical solutions
- Continuously improve how we deliver simulation-driven robotics projects
Essential Skills
Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., Visual Components, Isaac Sim, or Unity) and understanding of engineering workflows is a strong advantage
Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Siemens NX, or Fusion 360) is a plus
Understanding of software development processes (e.g., Agile, development lifecycle) is a plus
Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in German or Chinese is a plus
Your Profile
- University degree in engineering, automation, robotics, or a related technical field.
- 1+ years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in robotics, automation, or simulation-related domains.
- Ability to bring structure to complex or unclear topics
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on mindset with a problem-solving attitude
