As a Senior QA Engineer (gn) , you will be part of the Bikeleasing QA Team , giving you a strong community, standards and sparring. At the same time, you will become the first QA within the Probonio Software Development Team , where you gradually establish a sustainable QA approach. You collaborate closely with developers, the Product Owner and QA Lead, introduce test processes and build modern automation. If you are driven by ownership, structure and raising product quality step by step, we would love to hear from you.

• Take ownership of the entire QA process within the Probonio feature team
• Apply QA best practices in test design, automation, documentation and test management
• Build automated tests for web and API features using Kotlin and Serenity BDD
• Contribute to architectural and strategic decisions related to test automation
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to support early quality
• Collaborate with the Bikeleasing QA Team to align on standards and foster exchange

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on test automation; ISTQB is a plus
• Proficient in object‑oriented test automation with Kotlin or Java (or willingness to learn Kotlin)
• Strong experience in web and REST API testing with tools like Serenity BDD, Selenium‑based frameworks or Rest Assured
• Skilled in manual testing, test management and familiar with CI/CD and IaC basics
• German C1 and English at least B2
