Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate or Vice President to join their Munich office. This role offers exposure to a high volume of sophisticated real estate transactions and financial advisory mandates. You will play a key role in deal execution, financial modeling, and client engagement, working across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead transaction execution, including investor engagement, negotiations, and documentation.
• Develop and refine financial models for real estate investments, capital structuring, and advisory scenarios.
• Prepare investment memoranda, pitch materials, and client presentations.
• Conduct market and asset-level analysis to support strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate across teams on a large number of active projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Participate in financial advisory mandates, including debt structuring, recapitalisations, and strategic repositioning.
• Maintain and grow relationships with institutional investors and capital providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in investment banking, capital markets, or real estate advisory.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced Excel proficiency is essential.
• Deep understanding of capital markets and real estate investment structures.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Open mindset toward financial advisory work and client-facing responsibilities.
