Working Student - Business Development Support & Communication FinOps (m/f/d)

Our expertise makes us their trusted advisor to align the interests of Business, Finance, and IT to drive change from within. 

To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated working student in Berlin or Munich who supports us in communicating our expertise, preparing client-facing material, and engaging with our professional networks – within and outside of Reply. 

Your Tasks

As part of our innovative and international team, you will play a valuable role in shaping how Cortex Reply presents itself to clients, partners, and the broader FinOps community. 

This includes: 

• Preparing and designing client presentations, event materials, and communication documents. 

• Supporting the planning and organization of events, meetups, and community activities. 

• Assisting with the preparation and publication of blog posts, articles, and professional content. 

• Conducting research on FinOps, cloud technologies, and industry trends to support content creation and business development activities. 

• Helping maintain and coordinate our knowledge-sharing activities, including editorial planning for internal and external communication channels. 

• Creating appealing visuals, graphics, or layouts using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe tools. 

• Supporting the coordination of campaigns or initiatives in collaboration with our central marketing department.

Are you ready?

• Ongoing university studies in business administration, communication, media studies, or a comparable field.

• First practical experience (internship or student job) in communication, event management, social media, or content development.

• Ability to prepare complex topics in a structured, visually appealing, and easy-to-understand way.

• Strong communication skills, pro-activeness, and organizational talent.

• A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working in an international and dynamic environment.

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for cloud, IT, and new technologies.

• Very good communication skills in English and German.
