Technical Sales Engineer Counter Drone Systems (m/f/d)

Introduction

You shape the protection of critical airspaces and advance counter-drone technologies from offer to deployment.

Tasks

• You drive the counter-drone business in the nominated region by closely cooperating with and actively supporting the local sales organizations
• You provide technical consultation to both local sales teams and customers during the pre-sales phase
• You create technical and commercial proposals and lead the bid team
• You forecast business volume and track opportunities and projects
• You work closely with business development by sharing information and capturing market-relevant requirements for the development of future products and system solutions
• You translate operational requirements into technical solutions and create concise proposal documents
• You participate in trade fairs and conferences to represent the counter-drone portfolio and build a strong network with customers and key stakeholders

Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, or a related technical field of study
• You have relevant working experience in technical sales/sales, account management, business development, or project management with pre-sales, preferably in the field of counter-drone
• You demonstrate a proactive, commercial mindset and a passion for driving business success
• You possess excellent time management and organizational skills for leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with different international technical and sales departments
• You are willing to travel internationally and bring intercultural as well as interdisciplinary competence
• You are able to create and deliver persuasive customer presentations that effectively communicate solution and product value
• You demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and agility in field operations and in fast-moving competitive tenders
• You have excellent communication and social skills combined with business-fluent English and German; additional languages are a benefit
