Sales & Business Development Internship / Working Student (m/f/d)

We're now looking for a motivated intern or working student to join our Sales & Growth team , specifically supporting customer acquisition for our partner businesses in the trades . You'll help our partner founders grow their customer base and build scalable acquisition processes.

• Support the execution of B2C and B2B customer acquisition strategies
• Help our craft business founders build local and regional sales funnels – from identifying ideal customer segments to setting up outreach channels
• Research and build high-quality lead lists
• Set up and test cold outreach campaigns (calls, emails, flyers, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Track and analyze performance of sales campaigns, and help continuously improve them

• Fluent in German (C2) – You’ll work in a German-speaking environment and speak directly with customers and our craft business founders
• You have a strong interest in startups, growth, or sales
• You’re hands-on, curious, and eager to work directly with real businesses
• You enjoy talking to people, are not afraid of the phone, and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Ideally: previous experience in sales, customer support, or marketing (a plus, but not required)
