Air Conditioning Product Manager (m/f/d)

About our client Our client, for whom we are looking for a Air Conditioning Product Manager (full-time job) is the German subsidiary of an outstanding supplier of automotive parts and accessories. Qualifications and knowledge:

• Familiar with CAD & CAE technology and tools, with the ability to understand FEA and mold flow analysis report.
• Deep development experience in engine cooling field, CAE simulation analysis, mold flow analysis and up-to-date knowledge of molds, can be a signature in the customer side of the engine cooling products and CAE sub-sleeves, closely with the customer technical team.
• Able to interface with European customers, fluent in English and German, with a strong sense of responsibility and strong pressure resistance.

• According to APQP development process, output R&D documents according to the nodes, formulate level 2/3 development plan, follow up the design and development work of each specialized team to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
• Internal and external customer communication and coordination, problem management, reporting, etc.; externally, as the first responsible person to report progress to the project team (or customer). Internally, coordinate the work arrangement, problem solving, formulate the promotion plan, promote the professional group to solve the problem, and responsible for reporting the work progress to the immediate leader and the project team.
• R&D work hours, R&D cost control and management, related problem solving, formulate test plans, arrange experiments, track progress, and work with design engineers to complete product validation.
• Responsible for project acquisition, customer demand and competitor research and analysis and internal transformation, organization review of new project feasibility analysis, confirmation.
• Responsible for the technical docking with European customers, problem solving and inability to solve the problem of effective transmission back to the domestic headquarters, and tracking implementation.
• Collect and benchmark industry standards, and carry out the transformation and application of standards within the company.
• R & D European Office and the headquarters of the other temporary matters explained by the head of the office
