1zu100 is automating construction planning. Together with exceptional architecture firms, we plan multi-unit residential buildings and deliver completed, permitted plans as a service.

TL;DR

We are looking for a generalist with an architecture background who understands that AI is fundamentally changing architecture and wants to be part of it. You work directly with the founders: in the sales process, with clients on their projects and in running operations. You learn all of it at the same time, and the learning curve is steep.

The core of the role

• Sales: You help sell our scalable use cases to architecture offices, developers and Bauträger, from the first meeting to the follow-up.

• Operations: You help run the company and take on whatever needs doing. No task is too small, and you get real ownership fast.

• Forward deployed: When it counts, you work with our clients on their real projects, inside their offices.

• Fundraising: You are part of our fundraising process and see first-hand how a venture-backed company is built.

What we're looking for

• A degree in architecture.

• Experience in a high-growth environment (startup, scale-up or similar).

• High agency and an entrepreneurial drive. You know how much chore work sits in architecture, and you understand that AI is going to change architecture and construction drastically.

• Fluent German.

• Nice to have: a non-linear CV, experience with AI automation, Rhino, Revit or Grasshopper.
