What you'll do

• Strategically prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, delivering maximum value and measurable business impact
• Translate complex user needs and high-level business goals into well-defined user stories, detailed acceptance criteria, and technical specifications that guide development teams effectively
• Serve as the key liaison between Business Owners, cross-functional teams, and external partners, ensuring product features are delivered to the highest standards and meet stakeholder expectations
• Lead the process of gathering, analyzing, and refining product requirements by engaging with customers, stakeholders, and global teams, ensuring alignment with market trends and demands
• Collaborate closely with the Business Owner to define and evolve the product roadmap, with a focus on innovation, scalability, and long-term strategic growth

Who you are

• A seasoned Product Owner with extensive experience in agile product development, backlog management, and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and negotiation, with a proven ability to align diverse teams and drive consensus toward shared goals
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and refining strategic processes in close partnership with Business Owners and stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact product objectives in a dynamic, agile environment
• Passionate about creating transformative digital solutions for the construction industry, with a strong focus on innovation and driving business growth
• A visionary leader with deep expertise in software development processes and emerging technologies, committed to delivering cutting-edge, scalable solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
