Cash & Liquidity Manager (f/m/d)

Your roleIn this central role, you will support and shape treasury-related projects and processes across the Group. You will work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Legal, contributing directly to sound financial decision-making and the optimisation of Group liquidity.What you’ll doOwn the Group’s liquidity forecasting methodology, governance, and planning process.Consolidate, review, and challenge rolling 13-week and 12-month cash flow forecasts across the Group.Develop the annual top-down liquidity outlook and support long-term cash planning.Analyse forecast variances, liquidity drivers, and funding requirements.Manage operational foreign exchange exposures and support the execution and monitoring of FX hedging activities.Identify investment opportunities and funding needs to optimise Group liquidity.Prepare liquidity reporting and provide decision support for senior management.Drive automation, AI initiatives, and the continuous improvement of forecasting and reporting processes.Support treasury policy compliance and contribute to cross-functional treasury projects.What you should bringSeveral years of experience in Corporate Treasury or Cash & Liquidity Management, ideally in an international organisation.Strong experience in liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and forecast analysis.A solid understanding of FX risk management and hedging activities.A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field—or an equivalent professional qualification.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.Experience with Treasury Management Systems and automation or digitalisation initiatives is a plus.Very good Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong communication skills for working across functions and countries.Why AutoScout24?At AutoScout24, we welcome different lifestyles and cultural backgrounds.
