Working Student Strategic Procurement Electronics & Drives (m/f/d)

What's the role?

We are looking for a working student in the field of Strategic Procurement for Electronics & Drives starting as soon as possible.
You will help develop new tools to increase productivity and support various recently relevant strategic procurement topics. In doing so, you will work independently using SAP, PowerBI, Excel & PowerPoint to optimize our global supply chain together with our cross-functional colleagues.

You should live within a 50 KM radius of Kaufering to ensure easy commuting.

What does the role involve?

• Take ownership of individual projects, such as developing and implementing cross-departmental, data-driven dashboards
• Contribute to the preparation and execution of material group strategies
• Support strategic initiatives through detailed analysis and implementation efforts
• Assist in supplier negotiations, contract awarding, and project-related inquiries
• Maintain and update Hilti’s global ERP systems
• Explore new areas of responsibility based on your individual interests and strengths
• Shape your personalized internship experience through flexible project involvement

What you need is:

• At least advanced bachelor studies, e.g., in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with technical content, Electrical Engineering, or similar
• Conscientious, proactive working style, team spirit, and quick analytical comprehension
• Excel skills, ideally with VBA programming knowledge
• (Initial) SAP knowledge desirablePowerBI knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in initial projects or internships is a plus
• Independent and responsible working style
• Very good German and English skills
• Interest in technical topics
