Product Manager (m/f/d)

JOIN OUR TEAM

As a Product Manager , you will be responsible for shaping and driving the Westwing Collection assortment for all of the product categories. You will own the yearly category strategies and identify major growth opportunities to bring our brand to the next level. You will be the main point of accountability, maintaining a healthy portfolio through active portfolio management tasks. You will work closely with our Design and Buying teams, as well as other key stakeholders such as Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, and Marketing. This position is unlimited and based in Munich .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• develop and execute best-in-class assortment strategies by analysing the market and identifying the next growth opportunities for our Westwing Collection
• build a unique and inspiring product portfolio for the Westwing Collection in close alignment with the Design and Buying teams
• maintain a healthy portfolio through active portfolio management tasks with an entrepreneurial attitude
• identify sales, merchandising and operational opportunities and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Buying, Design, Supply Chain, Product Quality and Onsite Merchandising) to drive performance

YOU COME WITH

• 4+ years of relevant product management (physical products), consumer retail business or business development experience
• good sense and intuition for products, with a passion for interior design and home & living, combined with a proactive, “can-do” mind-set and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills, with a “hands-on” attitude, out-of-the-box mindset and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• fluency in English, any other European language is a plus
