Visual Merchandiser
- Drive best-in-class VM execution across the GAS region, ensuring consistency and strong in-store impact
- Lead the rollout of window displays, pop-ups, product launches, and in-store activations , coordinating timelines and ensuring flawless implementation
- Conduct regular store visits and VM audits , identifying improvement areas and taking immediate corrective actions
- Partner closely with Sales and Retail teams to optimize product presentation and support commercial performance
- Coach and train store teams on VM standards and best practices, building strong ownership at store level
- Support store openings, relocations, and refits , ensuring operational excellence and brand alignment
- Proven experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment
- Strong ability to execute VM strategies hands-on and manage priorities across multiple locations
- Confidence in working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
- Solid understanding of retail dynamics and consumer experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality in-store execution
- Effective communication and coaching skills to support and develop store teams
- High level of adaptability, ownership, and problem-solving
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% across the GAS region and occasionally to other EMEA locations for business meetings.
