**Job Requisition ID #** 26WD98866 **Position Overview** Autodesk Customer Success is looking for highly motivated technical advisors to help our customers maximize their product investment and realize measurable business outcomes. We are looking for a professional with automation and scripting experience, preferably in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) space. You should have experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale environments. You will work closely with medium and large strategic customers worldwide to enhance their adoption of Autodesk solutions. You will join the Technical Adoption team within the Customer Success Management group; This is a team that values professional development, supports growth and rewards high performance. The Technical Adoption group helps strategic customers maximize success and realize stronger returns on their investment. **Responsibilities** * Deliver product, and workflow coaching sessions that help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows. * Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes. * Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1:many) for end users, including workflow-specific guidance and best-practice sharing. * Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology * Develop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets that support coaching delivery and address specific customer workflow challenges, in line with Autodesk quality standards. **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Minimum of 5 years' experience in related field * Advanced knowledge of Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) technologies and automation building blocks * Experience working with and supporting Cloud APIs and API testing tools such as Postman for testing and automating API workflows * Understanding of methods, ability to construct and send requests to API’s and ability to handle JSON responses returned by API’s * Able to manage several projects at a time, setting the right priorities * Proven ability to be agile and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers * Experience supporting automation in an an enterprise environment or working directly with enterprise clients * Experience with Autodesk Platform Services * Experience scripting using VB, PowerShell, .NET, Python, C, or C++ * Experience with low code / no code environments (e.g. Workato or PowerAutomate) * Enthusiasm and passion for technology and innovation * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels * Excellent team player, enjoying supporting and interacting with other members of a global team. **The Ideal Candidate** * Courage: The passionate self-belief and trust necessary to be bold and brave in one’s actions to enable controlled risk-taking which allows positions to be challenged, thereby delivering strong results * Speed: We strive to move as fast as our environment allows, empowering people to favor small sprints and course correction towards desired outcomes * Accountability: The state of clear ownership which provides a person the power and ultimate responsibility to achieve a defined outcome * Simplicity: Having an approach and mindset to avoid unnecessary complexity and duplication; keeping things simple to achieve quicker outcomes * Solving system-wide: Seek first to understand by asking questions that remove silos and organizational barriers, to establish a safe environment that supports cross-geo collaboration and communication to develop a shared vision enabling faster time-to-value adoption #LI-MM2 **Learn More** **About Autodesk** Welcome to Autodesk!
