Your Responsibilities:Support the Managing Director in the development and execution of the company's strategy, business planning, and budgeting processesDrive, coordinate, and rigorously track strategic priorities, transformation programs, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful and sustainable executionPrepare management presentations, executive briefings, business reviews, and decision-making materials, and conduct market, competitive, and business analyses to support strategic decisionsLead and execute strategic projects on behalf of the executive leadership team, including identifying and removing organizational roadblocks and barriers to successPlan, structure, and facilitate management and leadership processes, while coordinating meetings, decision-making processes, action plans, and follow-up activitiesFurther develop transparent governance and reporting structures and support leadership teams in strategic discussions and decision-makingAct as a trusted advisor, sparring partner, and challenger to the Managing Director and Leadership Team on strategic and operational mattersYour Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is an advantageProven professional experience in strategy, management consulting, operational excellence, transformation, project management, or program managementExperience working closely with senior executives and leadership teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentDemonstrated success in leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational changeStrong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilitiesHigh level of initiative, execution excellence, and accountability, with a strong results-oriented mindset$$ We are an equal opportunity employer!
