Solution Architect (all genders)

You’re not just designing architectures; you’re turning enterprise AI deals into real, scalable implementations. As a Solution Architect at Lio, you ensure our AI platform is securely and seamlessly embedded into complex enterprise IT landscapes, transforming signed contracts into long-term customer success.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Build prototypes, proof of concepts, and custom extensions that demonstrate real customer value

• Configure and adapt Lio's AI platform to customer workflows, ERP systems, and enterprise environments

• Lead technical deep dives, live demos, and workshops with procurement, IT, and architecture teams

• Work closely with enterprise customers to understand technical requirements and design scalable solutions

• Partner with Sales throughout the entire deal cycle as the technical owner of customer success

• Translate recurring customer needs into scalable product capabilities

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to continuously improve our platform

• Travel to customer sites for workshops and technical sessions (1–2 days per week)

Your Profile

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience building software or integrating technical systems. You're comfortable working with APIs, SaaS platforms, cloud environments, or modern development frameworks.

• Take ownership by default. You enjoy solving customer problems and turning ideas into working software.

• Communicate with confidence. You're comfortable explaining technical concepts to both engineers and business stakeholders.

• Enjoy working with customers. You like understanding real-world challenges and building solutions that create measurable value.

• Learn quickly. You thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy working across Sales, Product, and Engineering.

• Are curious about AI and excited about helping enterprises adopt a new generation of software.

What's not required

You don't need experience in procurement or deep knowledge of ERP systems.

We're much more interested in technical curiosity, ownership, strong engineering fundamentals, and your ability to solve customer problems than in having the perfect CV.
