(Senior) E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

We’re looking for a motivated (Senior)E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) to support the optimi s ation and day-to-day management of our Shopify stores across European markets. You’ll work closely with the team to improve user experience, execute campaigns, and contribute to conversion rate and other KPI optimi s ation.

• Conduct and s upport the daily operations and performance of our Shopify stores.
• Assist with UX improvements, including analytics tracking and A/B test execution.
• Monitor key metrics (traffic, CVR, AOV) and contribute to data-driven optimizations.
• Help analyse the impact of campaign and catalogue changes on performance and user behaviour .
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation to ensure insights are accessible.
• Maintain product listings, collections, and pricing.
• Support the implementation of promotions and product launches.
• Assist in integrating and managing tools, apps, and plugins with guidance from the development team.
• Collaborate with CRM, Operations, Marketing, IT, Development, and Customer Service teams.
• Support SEO efforts to ensure content is optimized and consistent.
• Stay up to date with E-Commerce and D2C trends, tools, and best practices.

Your profile

• 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce, DTC, or digital environments.
• H ands-on experience with Shopify and Google Analytics (GA4 is a plus).
• Good understanding of UX principles and an interest in improving user journeys.
• Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SEO.
• Fluent in English; German, Spanish, French, or Dutch are a plus.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in data and performance metrics.
• Curious problem-solver with a hands-on attitude and willingness to grow.
