YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

• You partner with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs, priorities, and challenges, building trusted relationships as a go-to advisor on financial matters 

• You deliver financial analyses, forecasting, and reporting that drives informed decision-making across the organization 

• You develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business opportunities and risks 

• You actively participate in budgeting, planning, and forecasting cycles 

• You monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve business performance 

• You identify cost-saving opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement actionable financial strategies 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

• Education  You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field 

• Experience  You bring proven experience in controlling, financial planning, or management consulting 

• Skills  You have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, paired with solid proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis 

• Tools  You are experienced with agentic AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Cursor, have a growth mindset toward emerging technologies, and ideally feel comfortable writing SQL queries 

• Languages  You are business-fluent in both German and English, enabling effective collaboration with international teams
