THE OPPORTUNITY:
Many people say venture capital is an apprenticeship business. While it might take years to learn the craft of venture, we want you to be ahead of the learning curve. Therefore, we are looking for a Junior Value Creation Analyst (Intern) to join our team. You will get first-hand insights into the way successful startups are built, as well as why and how venture capitalists work with them.

Workplace : Munich (with flexibility for remote work)
Start date: May 1st, 2026
Duration: minimum of 5 months in full-time (40hs)

Your mission

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join us to work within our Value Creation team. Your tasks are at the core of the work for our fund:

• Value Creation – You will support our founders directly with business development topics as well as with founder onboarding, education and event support.
• Partnerships – You will support in establishing and managing relationships with senior executives at our corporate Partners.
• Knowledge Management – You will be responsible for your own project streams supporting the build-up of our internal knowledge database.
• Data Management – You will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining our internal founder and investor data.

Please note the role is with Value Creation and not with the Investment Team.

On top we are providing you with a condensed apprenticeship program to learn the craft of venture capital at speed at the heart of Munich’s startup scene. The program includes the following modules:

• Deal sourcing
• Deal evaluation / due diligence
• Investment process
• Portfolio support

Your profile

• You are currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with excellent results at a top-tier university - We are open to all types of educational backgrounds (e.g., engineering, science, business, finance, etc.)
• First practical work experience in startups and/or venture capital, private equity, corporate innovation or consulting is preferred
• First experience working with Salesforce is a plus
• You are deeply passionate about startups, technology, and innovation
• You are collaborative, empathetic, and communicative - a true team player
• You have a high level of intellectual curiosity as well as a self-starter and growth mindset
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German being a plus
