Accounting Integration Manager (m/f/d)

Position Overview

Join our team in Siemens Digital Industries Software as a Accounting Integration Manager (m/f/d)and play a pivotal role in the integration of newly acquired businesses into the Siemens world by implementing our global accounting standards and processes and delivering valuable insights to our management team. You will take ownership for the accounting integration of newly acquired businesses in the EMEA region as part of a multi-disciplinary team from both the business and corporate functions.

This position is part of the Accounting Integration team and reports to the Director of Accounting Integration. We are a dynamic and collaborative accounting organization of 250+ colleagues that thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Use your accounting and finance expertise to manage the global integration of newly acquired businesses including full consolidation, purchase price allocation, and policy alignment

• Serve as the first point of contact for all accounting topics in the integration project and a trusted partner that works in a dynamic multi-disciplinary team including finance, reporting, tax, transfer pricing, legal entity reporting, legal, and many more

• Partner with Accounting hubs or central teams to handover tasks and provide transparency on the project after the integration activities come to an end

• Act as a sparring partner for our valuation expert on valuations of Siemens Industry Software entities

• Support the deployment of our SAP ERP system and other finance and reporting tools with a passion for technology

• Oversee the overall project success by focusing on the big picture, while also diving deep into day-to-day accounting and closing activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience in a similar role, preferably a mix of tech companies and public accounting

• Strong accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, business judgment, and excellent attention to detail

• Strong project management expertise paired with self-determination and strategic judgment

• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, translate insights into clear action points, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across cultures and geographies

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Advanced experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP

• Experience with DCF valuations is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is €79,700 to €135,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
