Regional Marketing Manager

ÜberblickBio-Rad is looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to lead marketing strategy and execution for our Immunohematology, Quality Systems and Immunology portfolios in Germany.In this role, you apply deep product and market expertise to develop and execute marketing plans that are tailored to German customers, drive sustainable growth, and align priorities with our German sales teams. You work closely with your manager in the Marketing Organization, the Sales teams and Brand & Marketing Communication Organization to bring global strategies to life at a local level.The position is permanent, full-time and remotely based in Germany at any location with good access to the Munich office with sales and back-office functions.How You’ll Make an Impact: Develop and implement annual marketing plans for the German market across the 4 Ps (Product, Place, Promotion, Price) with focus on Immunohematology and Quality Systems, in line with global product marketing strategyMaintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of Bio-Rad's product portfolio, applications, and the German diagnostics market to support Sales and MarketingDrive sustained sales revenue growth by executing local strategies and tactics responsive to German market conditions and competitive dynamics; partner closely with German sales representatives and managers on high-potential accountsGather and act on market intelligence and Voice of Customer (VOC) insights from key accounts; monitor competitors and market shifts; and share insights with your manager and Global Marketing teamsConduct localized competitive analysis (SWOT, Mekko) and identify strategic opportunitiesEnable the German sales team with global value propositions and messaging adapted to local positioning; develop marketing collateral and support field executionManage marketing budget for Germany, ensuring activities remain within plan and reporting on ROISupport product launches and expansions in Germany in collaboration with Global Marketing and cross-functional teamsBuild and maintain relationships with key German customers, thought leaders, and industry influencersWillingness to travel within Germany (up to 50%) and occasionally internationallyWhat You Bring:  Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent in a related field preferred8+ years of experience in diagnostics marketing; experience in sales and/or application support is a plusStrategic mindset, effective communication skills and strong business insight requiredIn-depth knowledge of Immunohematology and/or Quality Systems products, technologies, and applicationsFluent German (written and spoken) and strong business English requiredProven ability to plan and execute marketing activities that drive product adoption, with strong accountability and follow-throughExperience working cross-functionally with Sales, Global Marketing, and Marketing Communications teamsWho We Are: For 70 years, Bio-Rad has focused on advancing the discovery process and transforming the fields of science and healthcare.
