You make and document engineering trade-offs clearly, drive technical decisions under uncertainty, and maintain a high bar for architecture, reliability, and maintainability. You communicate precisely, remove blockers, and ensure solutions are adoptable at scale through pragmatic standards, well-defined interfaces, and measurable engineering outcomes.
