Sales Operations & CRM Manager (full/part-time)
Role overview Project-S is looking for a hands-on Sales Operations & CRM Manager to build and run the commercial operating system behind our revenue growth. This role owns CRM structure, pipeline hygiene, lead tracking, follow-ups, dashboards, and sales process execution. This is not a purely back-office role. The person should be sharp enough to lend a hand to sales when needed, including outreach, account research, follow-ups, selected sales conversations, and next-step coordination, and occasionally assist with marketing operations where they connect to lead generation, campaign tracking, conference follow-up, or sales enablement. Key responsibilities Build and maintain the CRM for accounts, contacts, opportunities, tenders, events, and follow-ups. Define pipeline stages, lead statuses, owner assignments, handoff rules, and reporting fields. Keep CRM data clean, current, and useful for weekly decision-making. Track opportunities from first contact through discovery, demo, pilot, proposal, negotiation, close, and handoff. Create/maintain sales dashboards for outreach, meetings, demos, pilots, proposals, tenders, conversion rates, and revenue pipeline. Prepare weekly commercial reports highlighting stalled deals, missing follow-ups, bottlenecks, and priority accounts. Support the CEO and commercial team with meeting preparation, account notes, opportunity summaries, and action tracking. Assist with sales outreach, follow-up, prospect research, scheduling, and selected customer/prospect communications when needed. Maintain tender and event trackers with deadlines, requirements, fit assessment, owners, and next actions. Coordinate with marketing so campaign leads, event contacts, landing-page conversions, and sales assets are properly tracked in the CRM. Required qualifications Relevant master’s degree or current enrollment in Management, Aerospace, Business Analytics, Technology/Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, CRM management, business operations, or a related role. Strong working knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Attio, Airtable, Notion, or similar. Ability to build clean workflows, dashboards, reports, and repeatable operating processes. Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and written communication. Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with founders, technical teams, and commercial stakeholders. Willing and able to support practical sales execution when needed. Strong advantages Experience and connections in B2B SaaS, deep-tech, space, aerospace, defense, government, or technical products. Experience with outbound sales, account-based sales, conference follow-up, tenders, or proposal workflows. Familiarity with Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion, HubSpot, Airtable, Zapier/Make, or email sequencing tools. Experience using automation or AI-assisted productivity tools like n8n, Replit, and Codex to improve workflows. Intermediate-to-advanced understanding of spoken and written German Apply here:
