• Data Pipeline Development & Maintenance : You design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines to support current and future business needs
• Data Governance & Quality : You implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and maintaining high data quality across all projects
• Performance Optimization : You identify and implement performance improvements in data processing, querying, and storage for efficient and cost-effective data utilization
• BI Strategy & Evolution : You contribute to the continuous evolution of EGYM's BI strategy by developing and executing new initiatives and evaluating emerging technologies and methodologies
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication : You collaborate with stakeholders across departments (e.g., Business Analytics, Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to understand data needs and provide tailored solutions while effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Advanced Analytics & Insights : You develop and deliver advanced analytics and reports, proactively identifying trends and opportunities to support data-driven decision-making

• Experience & Expertise : You have 5+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics, including building and maintaining data pipelines and applying data modeling techniques (e.g., Datavault, Medallion)
• Technical Skills : You have strong SQL skills, proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, R), and hands-on experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization tools (e.g., dbt, Matillion, Snowflake, Tableau)
• Cloud Platforms : You have experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS)
• Problem-Solving & Analysis : You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business insights
• Education : You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics)
• Communication & Collaboration : You demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

• Business & Data Familiarization : You gain a deep understanding of EGYM Group’s business, data sources, and key performance indicators
• Data Integration : You successfully integrate acquired entity data (e.g., Gymlib, Hussle, Fitreserve) into the EGYM data landscape, ensuring consistency and accuracy
• Performance Optimization : You identify and implement optimizations for key data pipelines and analytical processes
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : You establish strong relationships across teams and demonstrate data leadership
• Impactful Reporting : You develop and deliver insightful dashboards and reports to support stakeholder decision-making
