Working Student - Chief of Staff (m/f/x)

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, curious, and ambitious Working Student – Chief of Staff to join our team and work directly with our Chief of Staff, Henrik. This is not your average working student job. You’ll be right at the heart of the business , tackling a mix of strategic initiatives and deep operational projects across all commercial and business functions .

Key Responsibilities 🎯
While the exact projects will shift over time, here’s a taste of where you might jump in – always driven by where the biggest impact is needed:

• Fix what’s on fire, fast: Step into high-priority projects in Partnerships, Customer Success, and Sales
• Make things run smoother: Help refine and improve internal workflows, from onboarding new partners to streamlining lead management and implementing tools that speed us up
• Keep our GTM machine sharp: Maintain a clean, structured CRM (HubSpot) and monitor key KPIs
• Create moments that count: Assist in planning and executing events that matter – from our Hamburg Week to strategic partner or customer gatherings

Requirements

Skills & experience you will need 💪

• You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor's oder Master's degree
• Experience in a startup or B2B environment — you understand how to get things done in a fast-paced setting
• Great communicator — clear , friendly and able to ask the right questions
• Project management comes naturally to you and can juggle timelines & to-dos with ease
• Fluent in German and English
