We are TÜV SÜD.TasksReview and evaluation of load assumptions for wind turbines (onshore and offshore) according to international standards using independent aeroelastic comparative calculationsEvaluation of maritime environmental conditions and calculations for fixed and floating offshore structuresDocumentation of evaluation results and preparation of evaluation reports / expert’s opinionsDirect collaboration with customer specialists in national and international projectsRepresentation of TÜV SÜD externally at trade fairs as well as in standards committees and working groupsIndependent improvement and further development of the simulation environmentQualificationsCompleted engineering degree (Master’s or Diploma), preferably in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, physics, or a comparable fieldRelevant professional experience in load calculations for onshore and offshore wind energy systemsPractical experience in aeroelastic simulation using industry-standard software such as Bladed, FAST, HAWC2, or Flex5Familiarity with relevant onshore and offshore certification guidelinesCustomer-oriented working style, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to assert technical viewpoints in discussions with national and international clientsFluent in German and English, both written and spoken, with strong negotiation skillsAt TÜV SÜD, we have employees from more than 100 different countries collaborating together.
