YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You own the entire recruiting process for positions in our tech department — proactive, forward-thinking, and always with the goal of securing the best talent before the competition does
• You manage end-to-end applicant management and select the right recruiting strategy, identify the best talent in screening and interviews, and confidently guide the process through to contract signature
• You ensure our recruiting process not only runs smoothly but continuously improves, and you keep your recruiting KPIs in focus
• You create an inspiring candidate experience, accompany candidates with genuine commitment throughout the entire process, and serve as a trusted sparring partner for your departments
• You know where to find the best tech talent — and you bring them into our talent pipeline together with our Tech Sourcing team and strong recruitment partners

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education  You have successfully completed a degree in a relevant field (Business Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or similar) and proven professional experience in tech recruiting
• Tech Savviness  You know common programming languages, tech stacks, and development roles, enabling you to accurately assess candidates' technical depth and communicate on equal footing with hiring managers
• Motivation  You don't wait for topics to come to you — you tackle them, drive them forward independently, and actively shape the growth of our international tech team
• Team Spirit  You enjoy growing with others — and that's exactly what our recruiting team is about: colleagues from different departments who step in for each other, learn from each other, and achieve great things together
• Communication  You have strong communication skills and feel equally comfortable in both English and German language contexts
