Senior Key Account Manager Switzerland (all genders)

• You develop and execute the growth strategy for the Swiss market and translate business objectives into sustainable revenue and profitability growth
• You take full ownership of sales performance, profitability, budgeting and forecasting while steering the business through relevant commercial KPIs
• You build, maintain and expand long-term partnerships with our key customers across brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce channels
• You develop customer- and channel-specific business plans, lead annual negotiations and drive joint growth initiatives with key partners
• You identify market opportunities through customer, market and competitive analysis and turn insights into business growth
• You coordinate and drive all commercial activities in Switzerland, ensuring successful execution of the overall business strategy
• You collaborate closely with international cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service
• You represent schleich® towards customers, business partners and at relevant industry events and trade fairs
• You ensure transparency through regular business reviews, performance analyses and actionable recommendations

Your story so far:

• You have successfully completed a degree or hold a comparable qualification in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• You bring several years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development with responsibility for revenue growth and business performance
• You have a proven track record in managing and developing customers across brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce channels
• You demonstrate a strong commercial mindset and a keen ability to identify market opportunities and growth potential
• You possess strong analytical skills and experience in business planning, forecasting, and KPI management
• You are fluent in German and English; French and/or Italian language skills are considered a plus
• You have a solid understanding of the Swiss retail landscape and market dynamics; experience in consumer goods or branded products is advantageous
• You are proficient in Microsoft 365; SAP knowledge is a plus
• You are willing to travel within Switzerland
• You stand out through your proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, hands-on approach, and solution-oriented way of working
