WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Thanks to your organizational talent you ensure clear structures and workflows to make DataGuard the “Best Place to Work”

• You are the first point of contact for day to day operations & office issues, from routine inspection rounds and facility management to supply ordering, deliveries and catering

• You support office expansion and relocation projects

• You bring in your ideas to plan and execute empowering team events on and off-site

• You maintain and foster a high-performing, innovative, appreciative, empowering, joyful, caring and on-site culture in the Workplace Operations team

• You bring in ideas for AI powered tools and automation to simplify workplace operations, improve processes and create smarter, more efficient workflows

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD

• Organisational talent, ability to work under pressure and a quick learning ability

• Ideally, first working experience in a fast-moving environment

• Fluency in German and English to liaise with colleagues, customers and suppliers on a professional level

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• High level of professionalism

• Proactive and strong communication skills

• You enjoy the diversity of tasks that enhance both your and the Guards'/Guardettes’ working day

Please note: 20 hours/week, 3-5 days on-site in our Munich office
