Role Overview
We are seeking a Value Creation Consultant to work directly with PE-backed portfolio companies on their transformation journeys. The role focuses on identifying and implementing value creation opportunities in commercial, operational, and digital areas. Candidates must bring either:

We prefer candidates with a strong consulting and line management background, ideally complemented by expertise in at least one industry, and proven skills in one or more of our core offerings such as Commercial Excellence, PMO, Strategy Execution, Transformation, or Digital/Operational Efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with portfolio company leadership teams to identify and prioritize value creation opportunities.

Conduct gap analyses, root cause assessments, and structured interviews to uncover growth and efficiency levers.

Design and align strategic roadmaps with C-Suite and shareholder representatives.

Execute initiatives through lean sprints, ensuring quick wins and measurable results.

Track progress using PMO, OKRs, and change management best practices.

Ensure sustainability of impact by adapting solutions to fast-changing scenarios.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in management consulting or senior roles within PE-backed companies.

Proven expertise in at least one of the following: Commercial Excellence, PMO, Strategy Execution, Transformation, Digital/Operational Efficiency, Finance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into business impact.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with C-Suite exposure.

Fluent in German & English; French or Italien is a strong advantage.
