Aufgaben

As a Working Student in Customer Success, you will work closely with our Customer Success team, providing administrative and project-related support. You will be responsible for assisting the team in daily operations, performing various administrative tasks, and helping coordinate project activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in areas such as Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success.

• You will support the Customer Success team on various strategic topics, particularly in the areas of customer analysis, data evaluations, business case development, and new customer acquisition.
• You should be open to attending external appointments with our team at customer sites when needed, bringing the necessary flexibility, and appreciating the opportunity to gain deep insights into our customers' workflows on-site.
• You will assist in project planning and execution, including creating project timelines, tracking progress, and reporting on project status.
• Your responsibilities will also include conducting research and analyses to support the management team in decision-making.
• Supporting the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project deliverables.
• Preparing customer workshops, analyzing workshop data, and creating pitch decks.

• Having a certain affinity for tech-related topics would be great, and fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A requirement for this position is that applicants must be enrolled as a student at a university or college.
