We are looking to strengthen our team immediately and are seeking a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) for a full-time position during evening shift.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Preparation of meals for our restaurant, bar, and banquet area according to our recipes and guidelines, plating with great attention to detail
• Preparation of mise-en-place
• Managing the buffet during events with direct guest contact
• Ordering and organizing supplies in collaboration with our purchasing department
• Working early and late shifts for the respective positions and leading them
• Responsible handling of all kitchen utensils
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers

What We Expect from You:

• Completed training as a cook
• Very good team skills and an eye for detail
• A positive attitude, openness, and a friendly demeanor
• Guest orientation
• Comprehensive and detailed knowledge of kitchen processes
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
