Your mission

As a Master Trainer - Qualcomm your focus is on delivering high-quality training, sharing expertise, and positioning the Qualcomm brand effectively in training and sales environments.

• Training & facilitation: You conduct advanced training sessions on Qualcomm technologies – in-person, online and for e-learning videos
• Training creation: You design and refine training materials with your teammates to effectively communicate technical concepts und use cases
• Knowledge transfer: You ensure that sales teams and partners stay up to date with the latest Qualcomm technologies
• Brand representation: You act as the face of Qualcomm in training settings, making sure that sessions are engaging, practical and fun
• Feedback & optimization: You evaluate training initiatives to continuously improve content and methodologies

Your profile

You are a motivated, communicative individual with a passion for technology and training. Your experience allows you to convey complex topics in a clear manner and engage your audience effectively.

• Proven experience in conducting training, ideally in consumer electronics or telecommunications
• At least 5–7 years of experience in training creation
• Good understanding and hands-on experience with MS Office, with a particular focus on PowerPoint
• Proficiency in using multimedia tools and virtual training platforms
• Fluent in English and German
• Ability to travel up to 20% for in-person training and strategic engagements
• You live in Germany, but your exact location within is not relevant
