Founder’s Associate (intern)

This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside the founder of a hardware startup building the most advanced automated production facility from 0 to 1 .

You will sit at the intersection of business development, strategy, and operations. You’ll have a front-row seat to building an investor-backed company, with real ownership and direct exposure to every part of the business. Aufgaben

• Right hand to the founder: Work directly with the founder to define and execute the company’s highest-priority strategic and operational initiatives.
• Business development: Support business development efforts through outbound customer development to close new customers.
• Strategic & Operational Projects: Take ownership of critical initiatives , from fundraising support and investor decks to the setup of our new facility.
• Process Optimization : Continuously improve administrative and production processes.

Qualifikation

• Technical Literacy : You are a fast learner and comfortable diving into technical specs when talking to a customer.
• Strong communicator: You are a confident communicator with an outgoing personality, native in German and fluent in English .
• End-to-End Capability : You see things through to the end without asking about every step.
• Cultural Agility: You are comfortable talking to customers and can build trust with shopfloor operators . You get excited about producing hardware products.
• [Bonus] B2B Sales Experience : You have experience in B2B sales and understand how to navigate a deal along the funnel.
