You'll make an impact by

• You support the Bid Management team by assisting bid managers in their day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth processes throughout the bidding cycle
• Subsequently, you conduct weekly research on relevant leads and project tenders, providing the Sales team with valuable first-stage evaluations and insights
• Building on this, you contribute to the preparation of customer proposals and play an active role in compiling and analyzing sales and pipeline data
• In addition, you help create detailed sales reports and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making
• Finally, you bring in your own ideas for innovation and automation, continuously seeking ways to improve the sales process within an international and virtual environment

This is how you'll win us over

• Education : You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in business, industrial engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Experience and Skills :
  • You are well-versed in using MS Office applications
  • You have a keen interest in data interpretation, analysis, and visualization, with programming skills (e.g., R) and knowledge in data engineering and analytics as a plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools and digital technologies, and the ability to leverage them effectively, is advantageous
• Ways of Working : You demonstrate strong analytical skills, creativity in problem-solving, and thrive in a virtual, dynamic, and international environment
• Languages : You speak fluent English; German or other language skills are an advantage
