Commercial Business Analyst - CEO Office (m/w/d)

Your mission

We are looking for a sharp, commercially minded Business Analyst to join the CEO Office of Bears with Benefits (Part of Havea Group) and become the analytical backbone of our international business.

You will own the commercial data landscape across all BwB markets, consolidating multi-country P&Ls, building KPI dashboards, and translating complex datasets into clear narratives for executive and board-level audiences.

This is a high-visibility role with direct C-Level exposure — ideal for someone who thrives on data, thinks in business models, and wants to shape the trajectory of a scaling consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the consolidation of country-level P&Ls across all BwB markets and build financial models covering net sales, brand margin, COGS, and EBITDA by market and channel
• Develop and maintain multi-market KPI dashboards and automated Excel reporting across D2C, Amazon, and B2B/Retail
• Analyse product-level and channel performance data to identify growth levers, margin opportunities, and promotional ROI
• Prepare board-ready materials including LTM analyses, budget-vs-actuals variances, and strategic planning content
• Act as a thought partner to the CEO on ad-hoc analytical questions spanning P&L, commercial strategy, and market expansion

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, financial controlling, management consulting, or a comparable analytical role
• Exceptional Excel skills — you build complex, scalable models with ease and are keen to apply AI models to it
• Strong understanding of financial data: P&L structures, margin analysis, multi-entity consolidation, and variance reporting across international business segments
• Highly analytical mindset paired with commercial intuition — you don’t just crunch numbers, you interpret them and recommend action
• Genuine interest in eCommerce, digital business models, and online retail metrics (conversion rates, AOV, CAC, LTV, channel performance)
• Comfortable working with large datasets and bringing structure and clarity where there is none
• Fluent English (our working language)
