YOUR ROLE

You support the Bar Manager in overseeing daily operations, lead and motivate the bar team, and deliver refined, high-end guest experiences while upholding the luxury standards of the hotel.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

*Supports the Bar Manager by functioning as a Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the outlet, ensuring that the outlet operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
* Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved s atisfactorily.
* Facilitate regular divisional communications meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary. Prepare and update departmental operations manuals as appropriate.
* Align Food and Beverage activities are aligned with corporate strategy, and ensures the implementation of relevant hotel initiatives.
* Assists in conducting annual performance development discussions with associates and to support them in their professional development goals.
* Spends time in the Outlet to ensure that the Outlet is managed well by the respective associates and functions to the fullest expectations. Personally and frequently verifies that guests in the Outlet are receiving the best possible service.
* Assists in the recruitment and selection of all Food and Beverage associates.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

* Prior experience in a similar role or within luxury hospitality is preferred. Experience "on the floor" is required.

* Fluency in German and English is preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.

* Ability to anticipate and understand guest needs to deliver exceptional service.

* Passionate host with excellent manners and a high level of quality awareness

* Well organized, self-motivated, and a good team player.

* Ability to lead a team with hands-on mentality.
