Tasks

The role
You will support our Founder & CEO with daily operations, acting as a crucial force multiplier. You will organize the team’s workflow, build robust processes to keep everything running smoothly, and take ownership of strategic special projects in coordination with the founder.

What you’ll own

• Orchestrate daily operations: You are the engine that keeps Skalar running. From payroll to onboarding new team members, in co-ordination with our CEO, you make sure that what needs to be done gets done.
• Build the system: Establish processes and tools that make your life easier and set the foundation as the company continues growing.
• Shape our culture: Create an environment where our team thrives - from organising team events to designing our ways of working.
• Drive special projects: Take on special projects together with the CEO and drive them from strategy to implementation.

Requirements

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of experience: You thrive in an environment where you must break down complex problems and execute effectively.
• Mastery of coordination: In a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment, you maintain a bird’s-eye view, ruthlessly prioritize what needs to happen now, and delegate or defer the rest.
• Passion for execution: You’re not just great at strategizing and planning; you flourish when it’s time to roll up your sleeves and cross items off the list.
• Exceptional attention to detail: You hold yourself to the highest standard, consistently delivering high-quality, error-free work.
• Tech-savviness: You love leveraging digital tools, have mastered Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, and are the first to prompt AI to streamline a task.
• Excellent communication: You speak fluent English, can easily break down complex topics, and represent the company with professionalism.
