Event Management Internship (f/m/d)

Full time - 6-month temporary contract

As an Event Management Intern at Konzepthaus, you will play a key role in supporting our mission to empower the automotive design industry through innovation, creativity, and collaboration. You will assist the brand experience manager in the seamless execution of events and help foster valuable connections within the design community, creating environments where creativity thrives. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will support our goal of delivering high-quality, impactful events that bring together the best minds in automotive design, mobility, and lifestyle. Through your contributions, you will help shape a forward-thinking industry where excellence and innovation are at the forefront.

Aufgaben

Your involvement

You will be a key contributor to our dynamic team, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives. We are looking for someone with a creative mindset who can bring innovative solutions and draw inspiration from a variety of sectors beyond just automotive and mobility. Your proactive and resourceful attitude will empower you to take initiative, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and help drive projects forward. Being organized and reliable is essential, as you'll assist in managing deadlines, tracking meetings, and supporting daily organizational tasks.

• Research & Networking : researching potential sponsors, partners, venues, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Communication Support : handling initial contact emails, coordinating responses, and keeping databases updated with relevant contacts.
• Event Logistics Support : assisting with event logistics, including site inspections, managing follow-ups with suppliers, and ensuring all materials are prepared on time.
• Creative Input : helping brainstorm future event strategies, concepts, and improvements.
• Event Coordination Assistance : supporting the coordination of event timelines, helping to ensure smooth operations and timely execution.

Anforderungen

Your Strengths

• Education : a background in communication, event management, marketing, or a creative discipline
• Mandatory internship from university (practical semester)
• Organizational Skills : exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Creative Mindset : a curious and innovative approach to new trends, strategies, and creative solutions.
• Aesthetic Vision : a keen eye for design, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal in all materials and event presentations.
• Passion for the sector : a strong interest in the automotive, mobility, and/or lifestyle industries.
• Languages : fluency in both written and spoken English is essential; additional proficiency in Italian and/or German is a plus.
• Business trips (»10%): willingness to travel for international or national projects or events
• Availability : flexibly you are ideally available from October or November, 1st to April, 30th
