Job Responsibilities:

This recruitment covers full-chain roles from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities will be determined according to the final position, mainly including the following dimensions:

• Technology Strategy and Planning: Track the frontier of the field, participate in technology roadmap design and major project tackling, and promote breakthroughs in core technologies and industrial transformation.

• Frontier Research and Development: Carry out in-depth research in synthetic biology-related directions (such as gene circuits, metabolic engineering, protein engineering, etc.), execute experimental plans, solve key technical problems, and produce scientific research results.

• Experiment and Technical Implementation: Be responsible for specific experimental operations such as molecular cloning, strain construction, and fermentation optimization, ensure standardized processes and accurate data, and participate in the daily operation and optimization of experimental platforms and automation systems.

• Engineering and Transformation Support: Cooperate with the team to advance laboratory technologies to pilot-scale and engineering stages, and participate in related work of process scale-up, stability testing, and implementation.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with the following background and potential. Specific positions will be determined according to the depth of your experience and achievements:

• Educational Background: Possess a doctoral degree in bioengineering, synthetic biology, molecular biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or related majors.

• Experience and Skills:

• Candidates with Deep Experience: Have many years of scientific research or industrial experience in synthetic biology, biomanufacturing, or related fields, possess technical leadership, major project tackling, or independent research capabilities, and have patents or technology transformation achievements.
• Candidates with Practical Experience: Have solid laboratory R&D experience, be proficient in relevant experimental skills and operating specifications such as molecular biology, strain construction, or fermentation engineering, and possess good experimental execution and data analysis capabilities.
• Comprehensive Qualities: Possess a strong sense of responsibility, excellent team collaboration spirit, continuous learning ability, and a strong willingness to promote technology from concept to practice.
